Symptoms

On 4.5.1 in Production:
Customer is experiencing the following intermittent error while trying to logon to RDC

ERROR
Error opening listener port..Exiting RDC...

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Logon on to RDC (more than 10  times)
