Symptoms

While installing Oracle Reports 10g (As described in Clinical Installation Guide 7-3) on Windows 2003
R2 SP1 server following error occur:

Checking operating system version: must be 4.0, 5.0, 5.1 or 5.2.
Actual 5.0 Passed

Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors.
Actual 65536 Passed
Checking swap space: must be greater than 1535 MB.
Actual 4092MB Passed
Checking for SERVICE_PACK: must be 3.
Actual none Failed <<<<
