Oracle Clinical Reports generated with the wrong Fonts (Doc ID 395815.1)

Symptoms

The output of the reports generated by OC contain incorrect fonts. If the report is generated to a file the corresponding PDF file is missing the actual fonts programmed in the report.

- This issue happens sporadically, sometimes the reports work well and are generated with the appropriate font.

- When a report is generated with the right fonts Acrobat reader indicates that the fonts in the
document are Arial, Arial Bold, and Courier new bold.

- For PDF files with the wrong font acrobat shows that the document has fonts Devicefont10cpi and devicefont10cpi bold.
