Creating new View Template ORA-8004 Sequence View_template_column_seq Exceeds Maxvalue (Doc ID 395984.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a view template the following error is displayed in the forms message bar:

ORA-08004: sequence VIEW_TEMPLATE_COLUMN_SEQ.NEXTVAL exceeds MAXVALUE and cannot be instantiated. ORA-06512 at "RXC.RXCCOPYTEMPLATES", line 102

- The error also happens if you try to copy a view template.
