OGL EPF: Cannot Assign a Ledger, Users get "Parameter Value Does not Exist" Error Message (Doc ID 396870.1)

Users are getting an error message when trying to Assign Ledger. The navigation path is as follows: Search and Select: Assign Ledgers screen

Search by Name %
There is a full list of Ledgers

Users get the error message when they click on Save. The ledger having the problem is "Vision Operations (USA)" ledger, which has a description "Vision Operations (USA) Set of Books" and the chart of accounts "Accounting Flex".

The error is:

Parameter value does not exist: Ledger Calendar Period Hierarchy Object Definition = 10268
