Planning time fence is not being honored in a Constrained EDD (Enforce Demand Due Dates) or in ECC (Enforce Capacity Constraints) plan

STEPS
Setup the item, plan options and profile options to honor the time fence
-- Planning Time Fence Control - Checked in plan options
-- Item setup with user-defined time fence days and this shows in the plan output
-- Profile settings:
MRP:Create Time fence = Y
MRP:Firm Planned Order Time Fence = Y
MSO: Firm Purchase Orders Within Time Fence = Y
MSO: Firm Requisitions Within Time Fence = Y
MSO: Lead Time Control = VIOLATE_MIN_PROC_TIMES
MSO: Respect EDD Scheduling windows for Lead times = Y

Run the plan and observe the results.
