Request Id Missing From Executed Rule Request Removal Page (Doc ID 404761.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


On 11.5.10 when attempting to perform Executed Rule Request Removal for a hierarchy (as per <>), the Request ID cannot located. The following error occurs:

Request ID: 33403849
Value 33403849 for the flexfield segment Request ID does not exist in the value set

However, the Request ID is visible from Process Management --> Requests --> View Requests.

Expect to be able to undo the request which created the hierarchy.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Management --> Requests -->Submit Request
2. Executed Rule Request Removal
3. Choose the Request ID which created the hierarchy from GL
