A new event (/event/activity/test) is created. A new substruct field
called PIN_FLD_TEST is created.
Add the substruct to the event and PIN_FLD_QUANTITY to the substruct.
Change the pin_rum entry from /event/activity/test : Bandwidth_Usage : 1024 : byte

/event/activity/test : Bandwidth_Usage : PIN_FLD_TEST.PIN_FLD_QUANTITY : byte

When the changes are loaded into the database, it gives a read access error
