Our wholesale billing requirement is to display the number of cdrs per aggregation
level. Our system deploys the counting of a customized field of the internal
container - which is a detail field and NOT a charge breakdown package.
A detail field is supposed to appear only ONCE per cdr. The counting of ONE cdr
call with a duration of 24h results in an aggregation value of 3 cdrs.
The counting of the same cdr for a duration of 48h results in a value of 6 cdrs.
Each day consists of 3 time-zones (off-peak/peak/off-peak). So we suppose
that for every time zone the value 1 is added. This should not be the case for
a DETAIL field. Furthermore, on midnight a new counting takes place, whilst
our timezone (off-peak) should be recognized from 19.00 to 08.00 in the morning.
