Symptoms

We have a customer who signs up for a Unlimited usage plan. At some later point the customer decides that a usage based plan would be better and wants to switch over. CSR cancels the current deal and purchase a new usage based deal for the account. This includes the addition of a new resource /ip/async/hourly. When the usage based deal is purchased, the hourly resource gets added to the account but the credit limit is initially set to NULL. Left this way that account will not accumulate usage charges as the credit limit needs to be set to zero.

This in turn means we need to be able to control the value of that credit limit when purchasing the deal.

We have tried using PCM_OP_CUST_POL_PREP_LIMIT but that routine does not ever seem to be called when purchasing a deal.
