Permissions Do Not Work On Production Box (Doc ID 408144.1)

Symptoms

We have a development environment and a production environment. Development was copied to production. At this point of time, the development environment permissions were working.

After copy to the production, permissions worked on the new accounts. We then cleared all the accounts using sample_del (except for root) and that's when the problem began.

I created new accounts and ran the flist and it was correct, we can see the changes (permissions) are saved. But when we log on as the newly created user, we can not see or use the added functionality.

Background : We did a test in development, and it worked 100% in development. Compared from the Configuration Center development and Configuration Center production, they are the same.
