Symptoms
A warning message box is displayed upon opening the Pricing Center, if there are special characters in any of the field in the pricing tables.
The message has a header as :
Warning: Multi-byte Conversion Error.
The text in the box reads:
Cannot display some data because it was entered on a machine with locale
settings that dont match the locale settings of your machine. Use a machine
with the appropriate settings or change the settings on your machine.
