Symptoms

Profile object is not created for back dated purchase of a discount deal using input flist (testnap).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Created an account using a plan on 1st April.
2. Forward system time (pin_virtual_time) to 20th April.
3. Purchase a deal having a product with provisioning tag set and discount using input flist on 15th April.
4. Check the Promotion tab in the Customer Center.

Expected result: Purchased discount should be available in the Service Level Promotions list in the Customer Center.
