The devices are associated with wrong service, if you have a plan which includes numerous services. (Doc ID 408705.1)

Symptoms

When you check the input flist of PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER, you can see that the devices are associated with the wrong service.
    
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:-
1) Create plan with options, including the following 3 services: /service/telco/gsm/telephony, /service/telco/gsm/sms, /service/telco/gsm/data.
2) Create a new account by purchasing this plan, associate devices only with the telephony service, donot associate devices to data and sms services.

You can see in the input flist of op_cust_commit_customer, the devices are associated with the wrong service.</br>

For example : I attached sim and num devices with telephony service but where as in the input flist of op_cust_commit_customer I can see them attached with Data service.
