Application 'pin_rerate' Will Not Indicate That A Problem Occurred Via Reports

When pin_rerate has generated any errors, these errors are not reported in a separate file nor on the screen. This make the errors go unnoticed.
When any errors arises from the pin_rerate process, the errors are recorded in the cm or pin_rerate logs. After the process is completed the summary/detailed report is generated without giving any hints to the user that any errors are generated. As no information is displayed on the screen, the user assumes that the re-rating process is successful.
