Last updated on SEPTEMBER 26, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version: 7.0.0.0.1 and later   [Release: 7.0.0 and later ]
HP 9000 HP-UX 11.0 (32 bit)
Checked for relevance on 1-Nov-2011.

Goal

The user has an account with N products and all of these have expired. Now, the user executes pin_cycle_fees -cancel

Observation :
===========
Please look for search where products are being searched based on PURCHASE_END_T. One can see from the logfile that op_subscription_cancel_product opcode is called N*N times, i.e N times for each product. T

here are also warning messages in the logfile, because it is trying to read /event/billing/product/action/cancel events. But, because you do not create a real event for this, the read fails.
