Symptoms

Problem:
Purchasing a new plan for an existing account fails, when account already contains a plan with an account level deal.

Error:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Plan A with an account level deal D1.
2. Create Plan B with service level deal D2.
3. Create an account with Plan A. This will be successful.
4. After account X has been created successfully with a service S1 and deals D1 , try to purchase Plan B.
5. Purchase of plan B fails.
