ODS Load Worker Completed with Warning with ORA-01400 in Procedure LOAD_SUPPLY For A Purchase Order

Symptoms
When attempting to run Planning Data Collection, Planning ODS Load Worker completes with the following warning:
Error in PROCEDURE=LOAD_SUPPLY, TABLE=MSC_SUPPLIES
COLUMN=ITEM_NAME, VALUE=<item name>
COLUMN=ORGANIZATION_CODE, VALUE=<org code>
COLUMN=ORDER_TYPE, VALUE=Purchase order
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MSC"."SUPPLIES_XXX"."NEW_SCHEDULE_DATE"
COLUMN=ITEM_NAME, VALUE=<item name>
COLUMN=ORGANIZATION_CODE, VALUE=<org code>
COLUMN=ORDER_TYPE, VALUE=Purchase order
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MSC"."SUPPLIES_XXX"."NEW_SCHEDULE_DATE"
In the ORA error above the table name would be "SUPPLIES_" followed by the instance code. Also the item name and the organization code for the rejected record would be mentioned with the warning.
