In Oracle Transfer Pricing (TP) 4.5 or Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 5/6, when running a Process with a Cash Flow Transfer Pricing method against fixed rate loan records (adjustable_type_cd = 0), the resulting transfer rate is wrong and the outstanding balance on the loan increases instead of decreasing. In OFSA_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS or FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS, the Payment Runoff for the loan (Financial Element 190) is negative and the ending balance increases over time.
