Users have noticed in their EDD ASCP plan that some regular wip discrete jobs are recommended to be rescheduled way out in the future and are pegging to excess and the system is generating a new planned order for the demand requirement. The jobs do not have the firm flag enabled.  Example of what it looks like in the ASCP planners workbench - MSCFNSCW

Item = ABC
Onhand = 0
Demand Qty = 20 due 01-FEB-2007
Unreleased Wip Job Qty = 20 currently due 09-FEB-2007 - system recommends to reschedule out to JAN-2008 and this pegs to excess
Planned Order Qty = 20 due 01-FEB-2007 pegs to the Demand Qty

Net effect is overbuilding - demand = 20 supply = 40. The plan does not have PTF or DTF enabled in the plan options
