OGL EPF: JBO-26041 Failed To Post Data Error Message When Trying to Change a Dimension Name

This problem can occur on any platform.
OGL EPF Data Integration
Users are trying to change the name of a Dimension (for example, you tried renaming User Dimension 02 to the name Project). Users get the following error messages:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Update": SQL Statement " UPDATE FEM_TAB_COLUMNS_TL TabColumnTLEO SET
SOURCE_LANG=:1,DISPLAY_NAME=:2,LAST_UPDATED_BY=:3,LAST_UPDATE_DATE=:4,LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN=:5 WHERE LANGUAGE=:6 AND TABLE_NAME=:7 AND COLUMN_NAME=:8".
ORA-00001: unique constraint (FEM.FEM_TAB_COLUMNS_TL_1) violated
o Navigation path: Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator --> Administration --> Dimension --> select the Dimension you are interested in changing (go) --> click Go To Task --> Try to change the name in the Dimension Display Name box.
