Gen_views Gives Segmentation Fault Error (Doc ID 415706.1)

Using the gen_views utility from two different UNIX accounts, one works successfully
but the other one fails with Segmentation Fault.

There is no other error or explanation.

Both accounts have identical unix privileges.
