Goal

When the Retail Merchandising System (RMS) system variable selects use of an external system for Financial applications, then the ability to create a new Supplier records in RMS directly is not possible, as the records must come from the Financial system, being Oracle Financials on our client site. Why does this same logic not apply to Partner records as well, whereby you cannot create a partner record directly in RMS, as this should come from the primary system being Oracle Financials?
