Symptoms
When user tries to login into RDC ONSITE they receive an error related to invalid user/password.
User is not able to login into RDC Onsite with the same user account , which allows them to login into Oracle Clinical/ RDC.
Also after installing RDC Onsite, the following errors are noticed from log file.
