Undo Request ID Cannot Be Generated For A Rule When Attempting to Undo from Executed Rules

This problem can occur on any platform.


On 11.5.10 when attempting to Undo a Rule originally run through a Ruleset, the Undo does not generate a Request ID.

Expect a Request ID to be generated along when running undo.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Successfully run a mapping rule within a Rule Set.
2. Undo the rule from Process Management -> Executed Rule

On the Confirmation page the following is displayed:

Request submitted. (Request ID = )
