Symptoms
On OC 4.5.2.0, when attempting to open opaConfig in order to setup a database connection, and trying to save the following error occurs.
ERROR
"Cannot connect to database. Please try again"
STEPS
1. Installed the OC4.5.2.0 patch
2. Open opaConfig to setup a database connection
3. Save
