When attempting the PDF Smoke Test Step 3.2.5:

Save the Pending Changes in DEMOG CRF.
Step 2 - Make the Data Entry/Hand tool active. Verify the cursor changes to the Hand cursor.

The hand cursor (Hand Tool) is missing.
