Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.9 in Production:
Find that in the Item Supply/Demand form, Supply/Demand Type of 'Reserved user source' is not showing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the reservation for the item in the organization would show in the Item Supply/Demand form.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a reservation for an item in the Item Reservation Window
2. Query the item in the Item Supply/Demand form and check to see if the reservation is seen as demand.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trust that the Item Supply/Demand form is accurate.
