Customer has applied <>
<> provides a new profile option MSC: Auto-Release Compression Days Tolerance.
Customer set MSC: Auto-Release Compression Days Tolerance = 60 at site level.
They have a suggested planned order by MRP that has a compression days of 19.

They expect MRP planning to create the purchase requisition automatically when the compression days
is less than the value in this profile option.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Set MSC: Auto-Release Compression Days Tolerance = 60 at site level.
2. Run MRP Planning.

-- Business Impact:
Customer is not able to autocreate planned release (purchase c).
