STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Define two plan partitions
Define one plan as ATP plan
Setup to run 24x7 ATP according to the Users Guide
Set profile MSC: Scope of Analyze Plan Partition = All partitions (NOT the default setting of Plan
Partition only)
Launch the plan
