Symptoms

When an order is purged that has more than 999 lines on it, a message is being written to the error log table indicating there a value is larger than the specified precision allows for this column.  This happens while updating the ERROR_MESSAGE_TO_UPLOAD table.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create an order that has more than 999 lines on it.
  2. Purge the stock order such that there would be a message written to the   error_message_to_upload table.
  3. Check the error_log table for error: “ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allows for this column”.
