In Retail Price Management (RPM) version 11.0.8, when the price change management function launches an approval of an item-parent :
- It works if the item-parent contains less than 10,000 item-loc rows
- It does not work if the item-parent contains more than 10,000 item-loc rows
An RPM alert is received: "Price Change Conflict Check Complete -- There was a problem communicating with the Retail Integration Bus (RIB)." In the conflict check results screen, there was an unexpected error in the result column instead of "No Conflicts Found" or "Conflicts Found".
"There was a problem communicating with the RIB exception id: 1166010136325"
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a parent item and an order in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) in order to get more than 10,000 rows on the "ITEM_LOC" table then in the "RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL" table.
2. In RPM, create a regular price change with that item and make an approval, ignore constraints.
