Server Received "Internal Software Error" Message (Doc ID 430302.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


Server had not actually "crashed" - is still up and running, but is receiving a corrupt message from one particular mobile device approx every 10 seconds, which results in "Internal Software Error" being reported by server at 10-second intervals.
