Goal

In Oracle Risk Manager (RM), can the Teaser End Date value affect the income sensitivity of an adjustable rate loan?

For example, when reviewing RM output for a loan product, you notice rate changes and interest cash flow changes triggered by rate shocks are much smaller than expected.  Many of the product's accounts have a tease period and a the TEASER_END_DATE column is populated with a valid value.
