On OFSA 4.5.36 when attempting to grant a role to a user defined table in a custom schema (not OFSA schema), the following error occurs:

ORA-01720: grant option does not exist for '.'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created new table in TEST schema:
create table test.tst_mortgage as select * from ofsademo.mortgages;

2. Registered new table in FDM (Wizards -> Register -> Object)
==> automatically created 'TST_MORTGAGE_V'

3. Classify table as 'User Defined' in FDM

4. Attempt to assign table to role:

a. Wizards -> Security -> Role Assignment
b. Choose Role to Database Object Privileges
c. Choose the 'OFDM_R_CLIENT_PROC' role
d. 'User Defined' table from filter by table Classification
e. Check the boxes for select, insert, update and delete for the 'TST_MORTGAGE_V'.
f.  Hit Apply and the ORA-01720 error appears
