In Profitability Manager, you are trying to create a "Profit Aggregation" rule under "Business Rule" → "Customer". You created a Customer Hierarchy to use in the "Profit Aggregation" rule. However, the hierarchy does not appear in the "Customer Hierarchy" list of values.
Why doesn't a Customer Hierarchy appear in the "Customer Hierarchy" list of values in the Profit Aggregation rule creation screen?
