How do you set the VIEW access to a form like supfind.fmb which has NAV_MODE as --DEFAULT--?

For example,  you want to give VIEW access to all users in RMS to a certain screen (eg. supfind.fmb) , except two users , say, userA and userB.

Looking at NAV_ELEMENT_MODE_ROLE table, the following is found for supfind element:

element           nav_mode                      folder                               role
supfind       --DEFAULT--               SUPPLIER                DEVELOPER
