Goal

Oracle AERS cases are typically created and updated interactively, using the Oracle AERS front-end program. 

There may be times that it is more efficient to run mass updates to multiple cases via SQL scripts, or access Oracle AERS cases from external systems. 

This note describes the case API that can be used for these purposes.
