On trying to launch Retail Price Management (RPM) from the RPM URL, the login screen is displayed and users are able to log in successfully. However, when the application server 10g 10.1.3 is stopped by opmnctl stopall and then started up again by opmnctl startall, the login screen is not displayed and instead the following error occurs:
