Description

"One of the parameters that is listed in the requirements as needed for the AAA selection query that feeds the delete 
is VPN name. This parameter isn't listed as available.  However, in the cartridge ASDL it is included, so 
we tried sending it anyway.  We found that it wasn't used.It is possible to have two different AAA groups with the same 
name on different VPNs.  We need to be able to pass the VPN name into the method and have it get used.We had two 
records with VPN_NAME=2000000007 and AAA_GROUP=NEAM_TEST_AAA_GROUP7.  We snet in a C_DEL_AAA_CRITERIA order with 
VPN_NAME=2000000008 and AAA_GROUP=NEAM_TEST_AAA_GROUP7.  Both of the records were deleted, even though VPN name didn't 
match.WO_ID is A01916-VPNREQ.  I'll send the JNEP diag shortly."
