Rollback support for Change Mailbox password

Symptoms
Description
Rollback support is not required for Change Password. The A&D documentation indicates that it does.
Impact
Incorrect provisioning -rollback of change password is not possible since queries of the existing mailbox does not
return a subscriber's password.
