Symptoms

Description

Oracle 9 defaults the $ORACLE_HOME/lib directories to the 64 bit libraries. The installation must be modified so that 
it selects the lib32 libraries. We can assume that all installations will use lib32 since this is the standard install 
by Oracle and Java 1.3 requires 32 bit libraries. We will move to 64 bit libraries when we upgrade to WLS 8.
