Error when running OCA standalone client (Doc ID 441900.1)

Symptoms

Description

"Install OCA client software on PC. When I try to run the OCA standalone client, the error message  occurred.  OCA.cfg 
file contains the correct inforamtion (IOR updated, system_name and env_id updated. JAVA_HOME is also configured in 
environment"

Impact

Could not connect to CORBA server through the thick OCA Client.
