OCA Does Not Display CSDL History When Event Text Is Too Long

Symptoms
CSDL history is not shown in OCA client. This happens for those work orders where the Event Text in the SRQ LOG is too long. The most common scenarios are queries on the HLR and queries on the VMS NEs. A test was made deleting some records in tbl_srq_log from those work orders and CSDL history was displayed on CSDL History tab in OCA. Tabs affected are CSDL History, CSDL Parameters and ASDL history from CSDL upper tab.
The impact is that the OCA CSDL History window does not display Query Info for VMS and HLR Query Orders. Furthermore an empty CSDL History Window is displayed in the OCA GUI.
