"There are times when an account does not require a directory listing. An example of this would be a lawyer or doctor has a caption listing built on their business account. Within the caption listing they have their residential number and address. There is no need for a directory listing to be built on the residential account. However, we need a way to reference that the residential listing is built on the business account, a product or a value would work, we need something to indicate the account number of the business account. We also need a way to indicate the number of directories that are to be sent to the customer that has no listing on their account."
