Administrator Response: Provider Cannot Be Found (Doc ID 443275.1)

When trying to log into the OMS via the OMS Administrator the following appears in the login window:

Provider cannot be found.

It may not be properly installed. How is the login at the OMS Administrator done? Do we have to configure something at the firewall so that the OMS database/BEA Weblogic Server is reachable?
