Symptoms

Description

Sometimes we get the error "Bean has been deleted" on the weblogic console when a plugin is fired. If we re-start 
weblogic it starts working fine.

Impact

We are not able to proceed in any of the workflows. If this problem occurs in Live System, it would not be possible to 
proceed with any of the workflows until weblogic is restarted.
