What Is the Correct Order of Migration/Upgrade from OC 4.0.3 to 4.5.1 & TMS 4.0.6 to TMS 4.5.2? (Doc ID 443351.1)

Goal

Customer is upgrading their existing integrated OC and TMS environment from OC 4.0.3 to 4.5.1 and
TMS 4.0.6 to TMS 4.5.2.

The following is a high level of their current migration path:

OC 4.0.3 --> OC 4.5
OC 4.5 --> OC 4.5.1
OC 4.5.1 --> OC 4.5.53 (and several other recommended OC patches)
TMS 4.0.6 --> TMS 4.5
TMS 4.5 --> TMS 4.5.2

Is this the correct and supported order of migration?
