Failed Detail Client Data Load Missing Entry In Executed Rules

This problem can occur on any platform.
Detail Client Data Loader

After receiving an tablespace error during a Detail Client Data Load, after fixing the error and
restarting the load in "Replacement" mode, the first request is not displayed in "Executed Rules"
so there is no way to undo the records loaded from the first load.
Expect all requests to be displayed in "Executed Rules" if records were loaded from the request.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a Detail Client Data Load fail due to lack of tablespace
2. Fix the errors and complete the load in replacement mode
3. Check Executed Rules for the requests

Due to this issue, users cannot undo the records loaded from a Detail Client Load which failed.
