Symptoms
When changing the name of an existing SOX map entry, the browser screen goes blank and the map entry change never occurs. After changing the name, hitting the enter key, and waiting for about 90 seconds, the browser screen times out and goes blank. The name of the map entry never changed. The user must then start the map name change process over again from the beginning.
